Recipe: Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 16 oz. can pure pumpkin
  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, spice, and salt.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with dry cake mix.
  5. Top with pecans.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes.
