Recipe: Pumpkin Crunch Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 16 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups sugar
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup melted butter
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, spice, and salt.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle evenly with dry cake mix.
- Top with pecans.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes.
